Burberry Handbag - The Bag Made From Curtain Cloth

Not many people, who know about burberry handbags, know that its origins can be traced to a tacky little village in England, way back in 1856 and a man named Thomas Burberry. During that time fashion was different, people were different - nonetheless, the bag survived virtually unchanged for many years.

Burberry was a brilliant man who also invented gabardine, a waterproof yarn which was to be used by the military forces of that time. After the war, trench coats made out of this material were used by many actors on the big screens, making them seem larger than life and immortal.
